We’ve done it again! Many of you remember our merge with Gen X in 2004 and then Layline in 2008. In our world of technology nothing stands still, and neither can we. So we’re evolving once again – merging with OnSite, Inc. and becoming Nex5, Inc. We’re excited to share the details with you.
In our earlier incarnations we were a computer repair company with some managed services. Today however, we have applications that can monitor your servers and computers continuously, and alert us when designated thresholds are exceeded. Our typical response is performed over the internet, and before you may even know there is a problem.
In a few years, many of you won’t even have servers in your office. Several of you have already have converted mission-critical applications to the web, and more have converted email to hosted servers in “the cloud”. We are implementing exciting new technologies for data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity that take advantage of faster internet speeds and “Cloud” computing. We are really excited about what this means for you. There is a new economy emerging and we are prepared not only to support your existing technology, but also assist you in implementing solutions to take advantage of these opportunities, and assist with strategies to help you achieve your goals for the next five years. Hence our name, Nex5! Rest assured that this does not impact our current existing agreements, prices, procedures or services in any way. We now offer Printer Repair Services which will continue to operate as OnSite, under the Nex5 umbrella. We are looking forward to your continued success and bringing you services, solutions and strategies to better enable your business technologies today and into the future.
